These terms govern your use of SlipAway, published by Charles Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
SlipAway simulates an incoming call on your own device only. It does not place real calls, does not send messages, does not spoof or transmit caller ID, and cannot contact any other person or device.
It is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. SlipAway does not contact police, dispatch help, or notify anyone on your behalf.
SlipAway exists to help you leave a situation you're uncomfortable in. You agree not to use it to harass, deceive, defraud, or intimidate anyone, or to impersonate a real person, business, bank, or government or emergency service. The app refuses caller names that impersonate emergency services and similar bodies; attempting to work around that is a breach of these terms.
You are responsible for using the app lawfully where you are. Don't use it while driving, or anywhere a phone call would be unsafe or prohibited.

Prices are in US dollars and may differ by storefront. Launch pricing may be lower and is shown in the app before you buy.
Safety+ subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple's to give under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly.
Some features depend on your device and network. Live AI conversation needs a Safety+ subscription and either a supported on-device model or a connection to our relay. Neural voices are available in some languages and not others. The core call simulation works offline.
SlipAway is provided "as is". We don't warrant that a call will ring, that audio will play, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free — phones fail, batteries die, permissions get revoked, and operating systems change. Do not rely on SlipAway as your only means of leaving a dangerous situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charles Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SlipAway. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. We may suspend access for a breach of the acceptable-use section above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Your purchase is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps bought from the App Store. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and is not a party to these terms except as provided in that agreement.
